      Pros? Seriously? I so wish i had something to write here.

      If you wish to be put down by people, not get your salaries on time, not learn anything new and deal with people who are not open to new ideas, then this is the PERFECT place to work for! Working with Liqvid English Edge has taught me not to trust anyone, people in the higher management here make false commitments and do not live up to their words. There are no defined policies and all they know is to trouble their employees. You literally have to run behind people to get your salary.

      Less Red Tape. Respectable small ticket size customers.

      Cons

      Micro management, everyone is fed up and is looking out. Low paying customers so salary delays are routine. Strategic business development decisions are failing so future is looking bleak. Some great people working in the company who are grossly underpaid for years. Almost zero work life balance, folks are known to work even on planned emergency leaves.
