Pros
Young, growing company with friendly and enthusiastic culture. Brand-new site, good camp with strong career development potential, being a start-up mine. Employees come from a range of different backgrounds which give it a strong knowledge base.
Cons
Systems and programs are still in construction due to rapid company growth, so not as many employee benefits as other well-established companies are offerred.
