Pros
Co-workers were nice. Weekends off.
Cons
Hostile work environment. Toxic, micromanagement. Often yelled at us, even when we were on the phone with clients. Required to come in early for meetings without pay. Favoritism. Was supposed to be mostly warm inbound leads but forced to make too many outbound calls to wrong numbers, resulting in lower than expected commissions.
