Pros
- Benefits are like no other company; they talk bout "Benefits with a Big B" and they aren't kidding - Culture is the best in the business; you can be authentic, you can laugh, you can enjoy AND be a rockstar in what you do. - Mission you agree with - Jeff Weiner was the most incredible CEO
Cons
- It's gotten really big, will depend on what team you join whether or not bureaucracy is a normal piece of live - They got WAY too PPT heavy and leadership governance which slowed down the pace of the company
