      Pros

      Great culture with a willingness to accept and implement new ideas and suggestions. Company is evolving rapidly with recent growth equity investment. New brand, go-to-market expansion, and lots of new faces. If you like the thrill of growth company and the support to make things happen, this is a great company for you!

      Cons

      Anytime you are in fast growth mode it can seem somewhat hectic with lots of new faces and expectations. LinkLive is no different. However, this can also make every day stimulating!

      The management team has high expectations and is supportive of their team to help achieve our goals. There is a rapid pace expected of everyone, with big targets in mind. Our team has enough fun to more than balance out the stressful times.

      Cons

      We maintain a lean team, across the company, which leads to capacity constraints. This will be alleviated as we hit our targets and continue growing.

      Small size means sometimes you are wearing many hats, but the company is growing rapidly so that may not be much of an issue in the near future.
