I don't know where to start...
It feels like this place will never grow. The management is just bad (and some of those people don't know what they are doing at all), low salary, no professional future, no benefits, no HR, no light at the end of the tunnel. Glad I'm not there anymore.
They expect you to work overtime consistently.
Micromanaging and having weekly with your direct manager.
The management does not appreciate the workers and tries to save money on their benefit.
Not a place to grow in.
