      - Opportunity to go to China and see how work is done - 2 days of work from home (Singapore only)

      Cons

      - HR refusing to adopt local practices and insisting on their HQ/China ways - HR and Finance departments often try to smoke their way through, resulting in employees having to pay (time and money) for their mistakes. - Frequent unpublicized policy updates - Lack of any foresight, be it management or planning (i.e., rush hire and rush fire, budget cuts immediately after approval) - 996 work culture when dispatched to China

      Pros

      Able to eat free foods during management came from parent China company.

      Cons

      1. Company no focus direction. 2. Creating a lot of meaningless interview session. 3. HRBP never fight for team benefits 4. Even a China MNC, all decisions are made by company co-founder. 5. Pay high just to attract interviewee only and will always talk like “ hire you, we can hire three to four engineer in China, you must be thankful to company” 6. Company will force you to permanently relocate to oversea if you dont want to relocate, will terminate you. 5 persons in R&D team choose to quit. 😃
