-Too many customers. My BoB has nearly doubled since I started and it is unmanageable. -Volume of e-mails and work is so much, that taking PTO is stressful as you spend as much time getting ready to go out and digging out when you come back that the time off isnt worth it. There is never a break. -Outsourcing and saving money is more of a focus than hiring quality/knowledgeable employees. They outsource to other companies that do not have the knowledge base or level of service that we as employees and our customers have come to expect. -I wake up stressed everyday for work and it did not used to be that way.

High volume claims environment, no down time

Work can be boring and slow. Pay is not great

Poor training. Poor management. Poor culture. Lack of care/concern for work life balance and mental status of workers.
