      - Great growth opportunities internally, there's a personal development budget for yourself - Healthy management and all-round good people - Higher than average salaries and even better staff benefits and perks - Flexibility working arrangements

      Pros

      The pay was good. You had the opportunity to work up on pay. Benefits were really great and it was a small business so literally 5 people working in the office.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced at times, so you were expected to have different tasks done, often times multiple tasks done at the same time.
