Pros
They have great mostly video tech knowledge (with some people good at audio) so if you are interested designing devices for AV market there are lot things to learn.
Cons
They shifted focus onto mainly software based products but the company lacks knowledge of large-scale software development, deployment and support lifecycle and this resulted in difficult times in revenue. Also for poor managment decisions lot of talented people left that were part of the company 5-10 yeas.
