Disney Codeillusion: Enchanted was one of the most innovative coding education products to exist. Every team member was top-tier in their role and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Failure to allocate resources to the Product Development team and dependency on overseas engineers due to a poorly managed codebase led to significant issues with scaling and feature development. Breakdowns in communication at the senior leadership level resulted in abrupt, wide-scale changes and therefore a severe negative impact on team morale and direction.
