Pros
Team is great to work with. Senior devs and CTO are easy to approach and ask for help if needed. Good company for career growth as a software engineer. Good opportunity to work as a fullstack engineer.
Cons
A lot of workload, and feel constantly pressured to deliver and this causes lack of work-life balance. Management seems to not put priority on employee wellbeing, and lack of appreciation due to lack of proper salary raise despite having major contributions. Seems they try hard to minimize salary raises given to employees as much as possible, and because of this, seems it is better to look for a company that will compensate their employees fairly
