      Fast-paced and junior-level employees will learn and benefit a lot from daily work as well as the industry experience from management

      Cons

      Things could get super crazy with enormous amount of small tasks and management team needs to do a better job with prioritization and project management. Long term career development plan also needed in order for the company to grow

      Pros

      Fast-growing company under smart management. Analyst team are young, driven with an efficiency-centric attitude. Getting things done and learning a lot on a daily basis while helping a high-energy company grow is very satisfying. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Not enough support for continuing development of analysts with 3+ years of experience as the company is still growing. Slightly under average compensation.

      Pros

      Very professional but relaxed environment. Challenging in a positive way, employees are managed but never micromanaged, senior management is always very helpful and accessible and go out of their way to make employees happy (team building events, every Friday lunch is catered, etc). I would absolutely recommend this to a friend as a great place to work.
