There are definitely no pros to working for this company.
Cons
No work life balance, contractual hours will be changed without notice and you’re told to accept it or leave, this includes being made to work 7 days a week and forced to take holiday if you want a day off. No job security. Incredibly high staff turnover which is no surprise considering the toxic work environment. The owner of this company has atrocious people skills and even worse management skills. You will be talked down to, regardless of your experience or age, and made to feel worthless. You’ll also be made to feel like a personal assistant, running errands for the owner of the company that are completely unrelated to the business. If you so much as speak up for your legal rights for pay and leave etc you will either be dismissed with immediate effect or your work life will be made a living nightmare. Many customers who are unhappy and persist with their complaints are simply blocked and ignored by the owner, social media comments that are negative are also deleted and blocked, giving an incredibly false persona online. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
