      Great place . . . if you are a manager.

      Pros

      You can develop experience that you can use at a more established company. This place is a decent stepping stone but you will not want to stay here long term.

      Cons

      Biggest problem is the company's BBB rating. It is hard for the sales team to overcome customer concerns when there are so many documented complaints against the company.

      The co-workers were great, some acted as a team.

      No raises, No bonuses, to those who worked very hard and was not recognized.

      The only pro was being able to work from home

      Cons

      Very dishonest company. The President will continuously try to short you of commissions. Opportunity for advancement is very limited and company is very unstable financially.
