- I don’t even know where to start. The company management is a complete mess. The leaders themselves have no clue what they are doing.
- There is absolutely no job security. You can get fired any day, even if you perform well. During my time here, at least 12 to 15 people were laid off in an year without any proper reason. Only around 100 people work here, so imagine how bad it is.
- Silent layoffs are common. The rule here is simple, once they find a cheaper replacement, you are out.
- No career growth at all. You will be stuck with old tools and outdated methods. Forget learning anything new.
- Salary is far below market standards. Don’t expect fair pay or any real increment.
- The work is meaningless and repetitive. If you ever try to question something, you will be treated like you did a crime.
- There is zero teamwork or collaboration. The only kind of coordination here is micromanagement. You will feel watched every minute, like being under 24x7 CCTV.
- The company is run by a group of egoistic leaders who have no vision or long term goal. Their only concern is showing off and saving face.
- The so called senior management sitting in the Middle East office is a joke. They lack basic technical and managerial knowledge. You will actually feel smarter than your bosses, which says a lot.
- The attrition rate is crazy. People either get laid off quietly or leave within a year because they can’t tolerate the environment.
- Yearly salary increment is just for name’s sake. I got appreciation from my manager for good performance, and my reward was a few hundred rupees. It happened with many employees as well
- Employees are treated like replaceable machines, not like humans. The message is clear: “You are lucky to be here, so don’t expect respect.”
