Pros

Medical Benefits. You get to know all the red flags that you should be avoiding in your next switch.

Cons

Lets start: 1. You are expected to be 24/7 available for your clients and your managers. Mind you they might even call you at 11-11.30-12 at night and assign something that is supposedly to be delivered very urgently. No proper process flow in place. 2. Compensation below market standards vs the work load you are handling on a daily basis. 3. No company phones provided, so all clients are just calling you on your personal phones whenever and wherever possible and you are forced to answer all such calls. Even if it is well past business hours. 4. Say a Big Fat Bye Bye to your personal life and weekends. I think they should actually declare a 7 day working rather than duping the employees with weekly offs. 5. Leaders namely AVP'S and RM's randomly join calls to bash rest of the teams out of the blue without any knowledge about ground reality. 6. Sales teams onboard everyone and anyone. Will not be surprised if we get to see my local kinara wala selling potatoes being trained by our team. 7. No team bonding - team outing - team activities EVER!! None that I have been a witness to in the past 2 years. 8. THE PRODUCT and its UNLIMITED BUGS!

Pros

1. Decent Product for SMB 2. Competitive Salary

Cons

1. Worst HR specially for PS - Never such rude & incompetent HR. 2. Verticalization was a bad decision, its limited the learnings & product utilizations. 3. Heading PS team by Sales people is 'the last nail in coffin" . Heads/VPs have completely biased towards other teams instead PS/KAm/CSM & all 3 teams suffer most which is causing incomplete implementations & support. 4. Accept that current product not fit for few domains, Dont try to replicate competitor's product by adding patches. 5. Firing own employee & bringing competitor's employee won't change anything until core issue of leadership at vertical end get fixed. 6. None of the process i.e. implementation, Support, CSM follow standard procedures. Only focus on implement in 2 days & give half-backed cake to client to start billing. 7. Interns with less then 1 year experience managing team !! God save the company & client both. 8. There are senior ppl who have multiple POSH but as they are from sales , they simply out of it after ' "INVESTIGATION" ' 9. Work life balance is good if you are in good book of Sales VPs.

Pros

Hardly any. You will get the salary you are offered. Minus incentives unless you are in 'good books'

Cons

The two remaining founders try to run the product and engineering. Neither they understand product nor engineering. They do tons of useless meetings. Havent seen a single useful meeting which would have resulted in the product getting better or we learning anything useful to execute better. CEO tries to convey in every meeting that product teams are useless, and why he himself is so great. Haven't seen one decent idea worth any salt from him. You would never want to be in a meeting with him. It is so depressing that you cant work for 1-2 days after listening to his tirade. The COO is funny. He would create useless action items all the time. Does not understand priority or feasibility. If only there were a guinness book of records for the # of action items generated by a company executive that never gets done - he will hold that record. Zero on vision and big picture.
