      Pros

      Working at LeadSimple caused me to level up professionally and grow in ways I never had previously. Great pay and benefits all around.

      Cons

      Small company, so internal growth trajectory is limited unless you move between departments.

      Run away from this mess

      Pros

      Okay Salary. Good staff, remote work with flexibility.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely lost. The churn rate is as high as possible, and the company has decided to lay off the entire product and engineering team, which was already running with a skeleton crew instead of using resources to improve it. There’s no support and no room for growth. Employees are constantly feeling anxious and afraid of being fired. Company meetings are a joke. CEO/COO are just actors.

      Remote work with decent amount of time off, but nothing

      Cons

      Unorganized goals, doesn't value different perspectives, no diversity (look at their VP of HR and all the bad interview reviews). No commitment to hiring fresh talent that challenge's the status quo (we say that but then when we are being challenged , we get triggered).
