1. No management. 2. No salary. 3. Poor treatment for employees. 4. Not even have enough resources. 5. You have to beseech for the salary for the work you have already done. 6. Always keep changing their policies as per there benefit. 7. Phishing for the freshers as they offer job to the freshers but after that they ask for the original documents and 2 year bond with very low salary also to deposit some money on the name of training. 8. The owner Santosh Rai keep telling soft story of his own to the female associates.
