Remote work People team work relentlessly to improve culture Incredibly experienced/diverse team Meet awesome people Phone bill/laptop paid for, car parking for some Good work life balance - respect from senior leaders
Cons
Lack of structure - you're not a start up after 5 years. Too many family/partners of family in the business and in senior roles - should be told in interview Good ideas put forward are never taken up Family too controlling of business - don't let their talent work for them Team members leaving all the time No gift or even christmas card over the christmas period (shocked)
