not the dream I thought it would be
Pros
Worker bee employees are great, but managed by fear. Pay is fair however you will work a lot, easily 12+ hour days and most weekends without any acknowledgement. Good discount at first but basically the same as customers get when she marks the whole store down like she has lately.
Cons
I feared writing this review for a while because there are a lot of cons and the inner team is very vindictive, but I also see that they are hiring so wanted to warn others. I watched the company for a long time before being hired and it seemed like a dream from the outside, lead by a hard working passionate founder CEO. From the inside it's completely different. The hardworking CEO is self absorbed and obsessed with her image. She takes no accountability for her terrible business decisions. While she says she LOVES her employees she openly abuses them. She has said on her live broadcasts to customers that she doesn't care about her employees or their lives outside of lashify. There is a culture of fear and intimidation. When employees leave they are blamed for things they had nothing to do with. Her inner circle blindly follow her even though she says terrible things about them behind their backs. To say this place is toxic is an understatement.
