      Pros

      Relaxed, friendly atmosphere (particularly for a sales environment). Management are fair and easy to work with. Commission is uncapped and there is the opportunity to make good money.

      Cons

      Location is not the best.

      Halifax office, only reason I left was to pursue higher ed, office manager helped with my application

      Pros

      - Huge earning potential, achievable and realistic commission scheme and targets. - Very fair and reasonable management in the Halifax office where I worked. Really supportive in personal development and isn’t breathing down your neck. The complete opposite of feeling like you’re working in a sweat shop. - Excellent company reputation in their industry and dependable sales support staff to aid the account managers. - Flexible with use of annual leave for holidays.

      Cons

      - Occasional IT issues but there really isn’t much that comes to mind for Cons.

      The people are pretty decent and have a good laugh, friendly atmosphere and some people are helpful time to time

      Cons

      Poor management when you have to ask employees to write good reviews about the company on glassdoor to secure interviews Ideas and thoughts could be taken on board and listened to more often.
