NOT A SINGLE I CAN THINK OF AFTER WORKING FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDER OF THE COMPANY.
Cons
The founder will make you work so hard that you will lose all your energy and will to live. You will question your life and lose your passion for whatever position you're hired for. I left this company a few years ago and after that I took therapy for a year and after that only I was able to stand up back in my life. During my notice period, I had suicidal thoughts every day and the founder didn't even pay my last months' salary even though I served the notice period completely. I will say don't join this company until and unless this is your last option. Even if you need to join at the end for money, keep searching on for the new one. The founder is a crook and he will rot your way to hell.
