      Pros

      Friendly co workers and higher ups. Relaxed atmosphere The ability to use work vehicle for personal use and the biggest plus being able to work outdoors.

      Cons

      Difficult getting information on benefits when logging into HR. Every stage requires another passcode. I never get in to get information or it stops me from entering my choice because I need another passcode but it won't get one because I just received one. So I must wait and go through it ALL all over again.
