Pros
There are so many pros. LW2 works with a lot of nonprofit organizations and are able to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity in the matter of weeks. The employers are very accommodating to their employees. They tailor training to all different learning styles and people and want people to grow and be successful with them. The events are very professional and training is provided every day. I recommend working here if you are looking for growth within the company
Cons
They are working to have more options for different times of the events so may be having more flexible time frames like morning shifts/ afternoon shifts/ weekend work.
