      Pros

      Really great people in a fun space - I felt like I already knew everyone before I even started. There are trading cards everywhere and a million opportunities to learn both about the hobby and about cutting-edge technology. We trust each other and all are working together towards an exciting goal.

      Cons

      The office is beautiful and so fun, but it can be distracting and working from home is tough without a really solid online company culture. Slack is a great tool for this, but with a small team everyone needs to be communicating as much as possible. It also doesn't always feel like the teams are growing quickly enough, but I'm incredibly optimistic that we're scaling up and heading fully in the right direction.

      Ludex: A great startup to work at

      Pros

      Ludex is a great start up to work at because it is a very loose environment. The vibes are not stuffy at all and I always feel comfortable at work. Upper management and my direct supervisors are always reachable and I can come to them with anything I need, I truly trust them. The C Suite always is involved and they are always encouraging and always recognize my accomplishments

      Cons

      Since it is a small company my work is always looked at by a lot of people, so every move counts. It is not the worst thing ever, keeps me on my toes.
