Even if you are not competent or feel you are incompetent, you can stick around here while trying to learn more & become more competent. Management will keep you on board in order to simply bill the clients -despite any bad results/performance

Cons

Rampant racism & nepotism, unspoken caste system practiced (even in USA). Discrimination practiced against non-Indians, & a preference against US citizen employees for advancements & job placements

The pros are that you work with big clients, and you can learn a lot. Usually, your coworkers are nice. Good Insurance

Cons

The pay is not the best. Client is always right. Work life balance could suck depending on the project. Lots of reports
