Pros

Premium Cars, Opening new sites

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of anything positive working at LSH AUTO UK apart from the product which is Mercedes Benz. The values they have are complete bull which no one from floor staff to higher management adhere to. You are constantly spoken to in a derogatory and patronising manner even in front of other stuff members and customers. In terms of the logistics there is huge miscommunication/mismanagement throughout the departments which often means things get messed, short cutted or just not done, almost every request you make you will need to make at least 5 times before it gets done, this is both unpractical, time consuming and frustrating. Even though everything is regulated now, business managers will often break and bend the rules in favour of securing a deal putting both jobs and company at risk, when questioning this you will immediately get put down or the sale will simply given to another sales executive. They often manipulate earnings, time at address etc to get customers passed. LSH is far more expensive then any other dealer I have worked at, the cars are priced higher, the interest rates are ridiculously higher then industry standard and they back this up with claims they are the largest distrubter of Mercedes, how this benefits the customer I have no idea. lying to the customer saying this is the best deal when it isn't goes completely against your values, The whole process feels like a dodgy back alley dealership constantly having ton go back and forth to the customer and manager to get 'the best deal' is old practice. LSH AUTO UK will promise you a great career with earnings of £80K which is unrealistic, the pay plan is exageratted and they keep saying its £250 a car, its not at all its £50, the £250 is you going 20% above unit targets and products etc. Every month its a case of the company finding ways to deduct your earnings and you having to defend and try and claim it back every time. Yes this industry has long hours but I believe LSH AUTO UK should start forward thinking like other companies and implement 5 day working weeks. You will frequently work 11-12 hour days starting at 8 and leaving at 7-8 with barely any breaks, if you do take a lunch you will be made to feel guilty and held this against you. The one day off you have a week you will get work constantly contacting you about something, I was forced to buy either a work phone or put my personal phone number on the business cards as well as have work email on my phone so I could be contacted on my days off. There are huge favourites among the team and this whole one team policy does not apply unless you are in a clique. Our general manager/used manager would often send one of the sales executives to do his personal errands and as they were good friends he would allow him to conduct his own personal errands such as going for a haircut in the middle of the day whilst some were not even allowed to go to the shop for a drink! If you want to get spoken and treated badly, practice unlawful business methods, have no social life and earn an average wage when considering the hours worked then this is the place.

Pros

More interested in celebrating nonsense, no diversity or inclusion, racist from the top down and if you are liked by the so called big wigs at the top you will be fast tracked into a MUJ a made up job that is before they can sack you

Cons

Bad management, treat staff like dog poo, no respect or integrity. Make up rules as they go on to suit. You can get away with murder depending on your physical appearance and how liked you are by management.

Pros

Free 12 months experian after they let someone steal your data

Cons

Only last week a senior director for the company carried out an online interview with a respected automotive magazine quoting my above title. "A lack of experience, ability, competence or knowledge can cause harm to a business" Then yesterday I received a letter saying their servers had been hacked and my personal details have been stolen even though I have not worked there for 3 years they have managed to steal my driving license and passport numbers, bank details the list goes on. Well I totally agree with your statement in your interview and the senior management have made a total pig's ear of running a good business into the ground whilst giving yourself a pat on the back at the same time and managing to put the blame on everyone but yourselves. Also in the interview there are 8 questions which no one cares about the answers. The only questions we want answering are Why have you failed to look after our data? ". Why are you carrying out a self promotion exercise whilst cyber criminals have our data and you where aware of it, shouldn't your first port of call have been to make everyone effected aware? Are you trying to emply the other senior managers are in fact bumbling idiots and you are the man to step up and make this company great again?
