      Great people in the office. Is a really fast pace,

      Cons

      Need to be a really goodie in excel, company don't use latest estimating software technologies. Goals are the top priority if you don't perform they give you the red card. Don't do relocation is a waist of time.

      Pros

      The salary was 50K, they provided laptops to do the job, it is eligible for remote in states not near NYC. Great job for those not needing to pay bills and want to get some sales/recruiting experience in the comfort of their parent's home.

      Cons

      If your not lucky, skilled at sales, or enjoy working 60 hour weeks to hit your weekly metrics then you will probably get let go. Literally so many other jobs to get HR/recruiting experience than to be a "headhunter" as they called it.
