Sales led organisation, rather than quality Promises made to both staff and learners rarely materialise Directors are false, witnessed on a few occasions being two faced Staff are judged rather than understood and supported

Where do I start! Safeguarding aspect of the company is laughable, there have been many occasions when the children have been left with only one DBS qualified adult! The type of sessions they advertise to parents is false & have never been followed as advertised schedule! Management have no interest in wraparound care as they are more interested in the apprentiship side of the business as they are very saleman like when convincing teenagers into any sort of apprentiship. This is a cash cow for them, use other creditable apprentiship providers or call for genuine helpful advice, these guys will sell you a dream to get their commission. And that is just a few points - there is so much more from policy & data breaches to children abuse (bullying & neglect) in these after school clubs.
