Pros

They paid fair but they expect long hours.

Cons

They subject me to mental abuse until I finally quit. It included daily afternoon sessions where they complained about things they were not true. Blamed me for failures and said I was poor employee. None of which was true but very hard to defend yourself against them finding any excuse to attack you.

Coming from Penjuru side Operators are nice, they are willing to help you. Not very hot.

Cons

Can be tiring Alot of overtime needed. Work culture and evironment between admins n higher ups not that great. Can be stressful
