A small and friendly team to work with. The company is client-focused, putting our clients needs first to deliver above and beyond. Hybrid model to work from the office, on client sites and work from home. The company promotes CPD growth and welcomes new ideas, approaches and forward thinking. LCMB are looking to grow and welcomes Apprentices and Graduates as well as more experienced employees.
Cons
There is always plenty to do and no quiet periods. We are looking to recruit to expand the team to support our staff.
