I also appreciate the initiatives that allow us to connect with the community—these activities not only build stronger team bonds but also give us a sense of purpose beyond our day-to-day tasks. It's rewarding to be part of a company that cares about its people and its impact on the community.

      Cons

      One challenge I experienced was during the initial video interview stage—it felt a bit long and cumbersome, especially since I wasn’t used to recording myself while speaking. However, I’m glad to see that the recruitment process has since improved, becoming much more streamlined and accessible for everyone.
