      Employee Exodus Due to Toxic Work Environment and Mismanagement"

      Pros

      The company used to have a much better environment when there was a genuine German atmosphere. Unfortunately, it has now become extremely toxic.

      Cons

      The current environment is pathetic, causing most employees to leave within a year. Many employees leave due to the toxic environment, excessive work pressure, and micromanagement. Employees are often placed in project environments where they lack experience and knowledge, yet are expected to perform like experts. Feedback and suggestions from employees are ignored and do not reach higher management, including the CEO.

      I mean, I pretty much end up doing nothing and getting paid in that time(had no project to be onboarde, honestly that could also be my fault for lack of interest built up), felt bad at times for my colleagues who seemed to actually be doing something from time to time other than getting angry when interacting with the Indian teams

      Cons

      Oh boy where do I start. "We are not here to build the next 'enter a name of the biggest Automotive company in Iasi', we are here to build the next Silicon Valley in Iasi" - the words of an important person in the company in the interview. A company that has it's backbone built on top of 4 sticks, ready to crumble at any time. Besides the team of technical people from Iasi and a few good Indians here and there, the company hires you if you tell your name correctly. They are praising "Linux Experts" and most of the employees never used a Virtual Machine with Linux on it. I genuinely don't understand how this company is still surviving

      outsourcing company without any real direction

      some people are ok but that's about it.

      Cons

      -they advertise themselves as "linux experts" in order to justify the high hourly rates that they charge the clients but nobody is really a "linux expert" in that company, nobody really has bsp or kernel expert level knowledge -3 days work from office even though you don't work vith anybody from your site -micromanaging managers -only way to get a nice bonus is by presenting your resignation
