      The business structure is horrible. They hired to many people after covid with no work which led to 4 separate layoffs in the span of 9 months.

      Most people are easy to work with. Work atmosphere is decent, and job is stable. They have free employee lunch once a week. Work/life balance can be challenging but manageable. An OK place to work in general.

      Cons

      No bonuses. Salary increases are average or below. Need to work hard to be visible to management. No career growth. No promotions. High turnover.
