The panel grills you for an hour during the second round interview. Two rounds total, one with HR then another with the team. Didn't appreciate getting ghosted after the interview.
Interview process involved a 1-hour phone screen followed by a panel interview for another 1.5 hrs. Both consisted in going over the resume and explaining technical projects. Both interviews had to be re-scheduled because manager wouldn't join at the scheduled time.
The interview was virtual. Interviewer was just the senior manager. He was very relaxed and asked a couple of straight forward questions. Was not the most professional engagement and provided zero follow-up.
