      Coworkers are genuinely supportive and willing to guide you along the way.

      Cons

      - There's a possibility that your time here pulls your career in a completely different direction than intended. - Feedback on work from c-level is often vague at best — apparently, the ability to "read between the lines" is a required skill here. I also still wonder whether "NOW" actually counts as a project deadline. - Check work email when you sense any changes within the company, you might find something interesting.

      Not much, all negative reviews a re factual and positive reviews was added as requested by management team

      Cons

      Tarnish your reputation because the CEO YOYO will fraudulently increase the commission rates charged to customers without telling anyone, hoping no one notices. Then it's left upon you to explain, apologise and beg for forgiveness when cat is let of the bag

      Pros

      There are no pros. I used to work here before and I can tell you that this by far is one of the WORST businesses to work for. If someone tells now that this is the last job available on earth - I would still refuse. And thats the PRO's!

      Cons

      They let me go days before my probation meeting because they failed their investment and due to the seed funding they received they were asked to reduce their burn rate and due to which the business let go of several people at once. Its just absolute mess KodyPay. I would advise against working here if you value your life and time!
