The process back in 2025 as a back-end Software Engineer consisted of: - meeting with CTO (also acting as Technical Product Owner) - pair-programming with two very lovely programmers - feedback and getting on the same page with CTO

Applied and received an automatic email asking to complete some test online. The first one is based on numbers and does not offer any additional time for people with dys. This is making the process, at its start already unfair. This is not the first time I had to complete similar tasks but this is the first time the platform does not offer this option that usually leave more time to the candidate to make the process fair. This is really sad to see that not all companies are taking action towards this, and keep their process unfair.
