Pros
Easy to be hired/promoted due to high turnover rate. Good for beginning in the insurance industry.
Cons
Toxic culture from the top down. Management is incompetent. New staff are not adequately trained or supported, and are often left to fend for themselves and hope that other employees volunteer their time to help. This adds stress for new staff and experienced staff alike. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and replaceable. Employee complaints to higher ups are frequent and fall on deaf ears. More worked is assigned than there is time to complete, leaving many employees behind on their duties, or being forced to catch up after hours.
