      Pros

      Very nice team to work with and the salary is good.

      Cons

      There is not growth, you will be the in the same position for years. You don’t get paid leave so it ends up coming out of your own salary. Management don’t communicate with any staff about what is going on and they randomly fire people for budget reasons

      Pros

      A variety of clients in different sectors (for the short time they stay), some colleagues are ambitious and kind, possibility to work remote when needed.

      Cons

      The organization is struggling at its core. There is a visible lack of experienced leadership at nearly every level, resulting in a "blind leading the blind" situation. Because salaries are kept significantly below market rate, the talent pool remains largely junior, which adds to the confusion. This lack of direction has created a defensive and truly toxic culture where staff and management prioritize shielding themselves from retaliation over solving actual problems.
