Cons

The company has had three layoffs in the past 18 months, and while they claim to keep the company afloat, they're pursuing profitability and putting money ahead of people's livelihoods. The package they're offering is suboptimal

- Working within the sports industry is cool and can be a lot of fun - Some very good people specially in EMEA - Fully remote if you want to

Cons

- 3 rounds of Layoffs within 18 months. All brutal and poorly communicated - Management's additions did not work, Americans that have no clue about Europeans markets and how to manage people, really poisoned a good culture into a very toxic place (no work life balance, micro management, no transparency...) - Unrealistic sales targets with little strategy behind them - Pay not super attractive for Dublin, benefits also sub-par - Sports is a very unstable sector

- The work is exciting and there are always new features to build - Remote work

Cons

- Financially unstable - 3 rounds of layoffs in the last year and a half - C-suite is never affected by layoffs - Company doesn’t value employees. Salaries only increased by 3-4% in the last round of promotions, less than inflation(!!!)
