      Things were alright before the layoffs

      The company has only been going down since joining in 2022. There was an emphasis on transparency within company in words but nothing materialised. Very poor decision-making done by the board which had resulted in delayed and prolonged smaller layoffs following a big layoff at the end of the year with very minimal offers for voluntary separation. Very poor treatment of those being laid off with no opportunities to negotiate on anything. Felt as though some of the C suite were just not cut out for the job and the decision making of such scale, unfortunately.

      extremely top heavy, won't discuss pay raises unless it's your annual review, frequently lied about saying the company was "doing good" and then laid off 100 people
