Pros

High Learning Environment – The company provides a fast-paced environment that encourages continuous learning, skill development, and exposure to new ideas. Supportive and Professional Colleagues – Working with knowledgeable and collaborative colleagues makes teamwork easier and creates a positive work culture.

Cons

Workplace Favoritism – There appears to be favoritism among certain groups of colleagues, Particularly colleagues of Indian decent which can affect fairness in opportunities, recognition, and decision-making. Limited Inclusivity / Workplace Bias – At times the work environment can feel less inclusive, with some employees experiencing unequal treatment or bias. Long Working Hours Without Compensation – Employees are sometimes required to work extended hours without corresponding overtime pay or time-off compensation. Toxic Management Practices – Some management approaches can be overly controlling or dismissive, which may negatively affect employee morale and productivity. Family-Run Management Dynamics – The strong influence of family members in leadership roles can sometimes create challenges in transparency, accountability, and professional decision-making. Communication and Culture Challenges – In some cases communication between management and employees could be improved to create a healthier and more collaborative work environment.
