Pros

The co-workers are nice and friendly. If you like teaching, it's rewarding. Decent work if your a high school. Try to avoid if you're older.

Cons

The administration is run by a gang of chimpanzee's who accidentally escaped the zoo and ended up forming this company to prey on the unknowing South Asian immigrant populations. The company is very poorly run in terms of organization, what tasks are necessary, and has an incredibly high turn-over rate.

- the team members are usually understanding - the work is often clear cut and to the point - flexible work hours - the students make it worthwhileee

Cons

- the senior team is horrible and is obviously biased towards some employees - there is a lot of unnecessary drama (where little things are taken too far) - snitching and backbiting - people are WAY underpaid than anything else - the responsibilities are way more than the pay rate is - CEO is condescending and has little to no idea on how to run a company
