not really many to mention.
Cons
no visible interaction from owners. little direction given from incompetent inexperienced managers, good ole boy buddies club rules for advancement, everyone related so no chance to move up. few set procedures on completing work, way overextended on delivering quality service with current staff. employees completely in the dark on whats going on.

The vacation and personal time are amazing, and they truly want to know how the employees are feeling.
Cons
The ladder to move up isn't clearly denoted anywhere. It's hard to know how to progress.
