Pros
Nice boutique company that is slowly growing in the right direction.
Cons
The CEO is involved with the company but doesn't work out of the office or have any experience managing properties. The office manager / #2 in command also has no experience managing properties. This is fine on the surface but creates a divide amongst the staff as it can be difficult to follow someone who has never truly experienced the grind of the job.

What a nice place to work. Everyone is so friendly. I really like how everyone pitches in to help when someone needs it...and without even asking. Such a great team.
Cons
Property Management is a very high stress business.
