Pros
Indoor parking. You can come and go as you wish No structure, this is a pro if you work well in that type of an environment.
Cons
Billable projects continue to decline. No transparency. Nothing new or innovative in the way of projects. Employees are unmotivated and management is not engaged. No opportunity for professional growth.

KeylimeTie is a great company to work for. Very laid back and comfortable working environment. Hard working employees that all have a passion for what they do and take pride in providing their customers with the best 'end product' possible.
Cons
Some clients/ projects can result into working long hours on occasion.
