Pros

- Some of the people you work with are lovely and you get to know some amazing learners - Company will likely be out of business this time next year

Cons

- Poor Management - Do not care about loyalty - Treat their staff like rubbish - Do not pay their staff enough - No recognition for good work - Blame is pushed to everyone else - Do not listen to staff members - They put learners on courses that don't suit, so they end up being leavers or failing, Key doesn't care as long as they get some money - Directors only care about how much money is being pushed into their pockets - Ask for employees feedback and input, YET THEY NEVER UTILISE IT!!! - The incompetent members of staff have their butts kissed, whilst the actual hard-working ones are penalised and ignored, even when they ask for help or share how they are feeling with things - Majority of them have no idea what they are doing and it's down to some of the Training Consultants to do everything - I wasted years of my time there - Many members of staff hand in their notice before their probation periods even over - Constantly making redundancies - Do things on the cheap - Not allowed a work-life balance - Work people like robots Run away, very far away.

Pros

Some excellent staff who want to achieve and be supported.. Once was a great place to work! Some loyal employers

Cons

Management do not appreciate their staff. redundancies every quarter with an email saying who made redundant and then also who received a promotion on the back of the redundancy. No compassion and clearly don't see how the promotion message motivates the remaining staff when they are struggling to understand why good experienced staff made redundant. It fears all staff am I next? All staff on capabilities as company not performing how can that motivate all staff as some are performing - Crazy panic from Leadership team.
