Pros

You can be an agent for change working with foster children and their foster parents. You get a company car, and you aren't stuck in an office.

Cons

You can be overloaded with work; the work is stressful and demanding; present management use a micro-management style of management; there is no such thing of freedom of speech; Management use bullying tactics to make employees comply; and management have bullied out 24 staff in two years, leaving only three original employees. A difficult place to work.

A large cluster of particularly toxic humans gathering in one spot, seriously involved in such practices as lying, bullying, coercion, deception and manipulation, social workers and management involved in the constant fondling of eachothers egos and the truth does not exist
