Cons
- Organizational structure highly based on hierarchy - Old-fashioned workplace culture that can be difficult to adjust to - Limited freedom in contributing to research agenda or introducing new viewpoints - No/little quantitative research and research aims tend to lag behind academia - The Centerville/Kettering area is highly suburban and skewed toward an older (40+) crowd
